Hyunsoo Kim, Ph.D.

Dr. Hyunsoo Kim has been a part of the Center for Systems and Computational Biology at the Wistar Institute since May, 2009. He received Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, MN, USA in July, 2004, and post-doctoral training at the Brigham and Women's Hospital, Boston, MA, USA. His Ph.D. thesis title was "Machine Learning and Bioinformatics". His research interests include data mining, machine learning, biological data integration, RNA-seq data analysis, and ChIP-seq data analysis.
